Prohibited items

Before posting an ad on okidoki, ensure that it does not violate any rules and that its contents are legal and not restricted on the website. By posting an ad you take full responsibility for the lawfulness of its contents and the lawfulness of the transaction.

Possible sanctions for violation of the rules

• Removal of the ad
• Temporary suspension of the account
• Account closure

For single violations, we usually only delete ads that do not meet our requirements. If the situation does not change for the better, we will automatically disable the account for a certain period of time, and upon expiration of such period the account is enabled. In case of regular violations of our rules, we have to ban such accounts.

3. Firearms and other weapons

   3.1. Firearms
   3.2. Brass knuckles
   3.3. Expandable batons
   3.4. Electric shockers
   3.5. Еlectric fishing rods

4. Dangerous items and substances

   4.1. Pyrotechnics, fireworks

5. Items predisposed for illegal actions

   5.1. Information enabling the commission of a wrongful act
   5.2. Items that may be used to commit a wrongful act

6. Advertising

   6.1. Ads that only contain advertising of a third-party website
   6.2. Ads that directly or indirectly persuade Users to spend money outside the website, e.g., calls or messages to paid numbers

7. Pets

   7.1. Advertisements offering the sale or reservation of animals if the animal is located in a country outside the European Union.

8. Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, affiliate programs

   8.1. Multi-level marketing that assumes profiting from one’s own sales and from sales of other recruited sellers
   8.2. Pyramid schemes in which payments are made using money from new scheme participants
   8.3. Ads aimed at advertising the use of or visits to affiliate programs

9. Tobacco items, cigarettes

   9.1. Goods meant directly for use of tobacco products
   9.2. Herbal smoking materials
   9.3. Cigarettes
   9.4. Snus
   9.5. Electronic cigarettes

10. Adult items

    10.1. Literature
    10.2. Equipment and accessories
    10.3. Video and audio materials
    10.4. Any other items of a sexual or erotic nature, including souvenirs

11. Goods or services violating the rights of third parties

    11.1. Tallink tickets, coupons and gift cards
    11.2. Counterfeit or stolen products or property

12. Fuel

    12.1. Petrol, diesel fuel
    12.2. Stove fuel

13. Identity cards, driver's licenses and government documents

    13.1. Purchase and sale of any identity cards, including driver's licenses
    13.2. Government documents, e.g., certificates of secondary education

14. Services, labour

    14.1. Job offers requiring monetary contributions from the employee

15. Human organs and organic remains

    15.1. Any human bodily organs
    15.2. Other organic remains
